Materi Invitation isrequest to get another person to join you at specific event. There are two kinds of invitation: Formaland Informal invitation.Example.Birthday invitation, Wedding  ,Anniversary, Meeting, Graduation, Dinner.

Generic  structure  of Invitation.

Your address should be displayed in the top right hand  section.   

                

 The Receiver

Is the person you inviting.

DATE.

This should be displayed on the right-hand side of the page on the line beneath your address and should be written in full format:

e.g.1 st Januari 2001

Salutation and Greeting.

1)     Dear Sirs,

IF you do not know the name,use the greeting “ Dear Sirs”

   2.You can use better like:

       Mr,Mrs,Ms.Dr ( for status as a doctor )

Body of content

Includes date ,place, time and the name of the event

Concluding

You can use: Yours Faithfully, yours sincerely, or regards.
